Includes review of your symptoms and treatment of your most urgent needs. These sessions are 90 mins long, can include a combination of different forms of therapy, and take place in my home. As with any sort of therapy or treatment, it is most effective when practiced consistently. Most people experience sustained relief after a minimum of four consistent sessions.
